COMING THIS FALL
Our In-house chapel, opening this fall, will provide families a comforting and peaceful space to gather, honor and celebrate their loved ones. As we continue to work on this peaceful space, please know that we are here to assist with all funeral and cremation arrangements. We welcome all families with the upmost compassion and dignity.
Some Popular Packages
Basic services include transfer of the decedent into our care, meeting with the family to obtain necessary information for death certificate, filing of death certificate, and handling the obituary including submission to paper (additional cost from paper for publication).
Burial Packages

Dobson Family Funeral & Cremation Services is proud to offer green burials that honor the wishes of families seeking a natural approach to burial.
This comprehensive package includes all professional services, such as:
- the transfer into our care
- filing of the death certificate
- care of remains in a climate-controlled setting
- transfer to a local green burial cemetery
- a burial shroud is also included
Additional Options:
- Graveside service: an additional $525.00
- Choice of a wicker basket or an all-wood pine box (Many families we have worked with choose to be buried in a burial shroud, which is included in this package.)

Our basic tribute package offers families a dignified and low-cost option which acknowledges the passing of your loved one, and offers the utmost respect and level of care.
This option includes:
- Basic services of funeral director and staff
- Sheltering of remains
- Transfer to the crematory
- Required permits
- Crematory fee
- Temporary cremation urn
- Digital Obituary on funeral home website
Additional $200 for home transfers.
Arrangements are Monday through Friday in person or remote.

Our lasting tribute package is a dignified option for families.

VA Burials
All VA burial benefits are handled at no additional cost. We do not have a charge for accepting life insurance assignments; we are glad to accept that as a form of payment with proper verification of policy.
