In Loving Memory of Jonathan Moschetti

Jonathan Moschetti, 38, passed away on April 9, 2026, after a courageous and hard-fought battle with cancer.

Born on June 21, 1987, Jonathan displayed throughout his final fight the same immense resilience and grit that defined his entire life, striving with every ounce of his strength to remain here with those he loved.

Jonathan was the definition of a helper. Known for a rare level of generosity, he would frequently go without ensuring that someone else had what they needed. Whether it was a steady hand, a kind word, or his last resources, Jonathan gave freely and without hesitation.

He possessed a unique gift for making everyone around him laugh, serving as a bright light even during his most difficult chapters.

Jonathan was incredibly proud to have conquered his struggles with addiction and homelessness, coming out on the other side to be with the family that adored him. To those who knew him, his ability to turn his life around was nothing short of an inspiration.

Jonathan is now reunited with his parents, the late Robert A. Moschetti and Teresa Moschetti.

He is survived by his brothers, Mykel Doherty and Ryan Moschetti, and. Danny Milligan, a devoted lifelong companion and partner in crime, was always by his side. Together, they were most likely involved in some questionable activities, but that certainly kept things interesting, let’s not forget his family Sharon Race and Patrick Hassett.

He also leaves behind his best friend, Gracie, who was his constant and loyal shadow through everything. A dog is a man's best friend.

While his presence will be deeply missed, Jonathan's victory over his past, his selfless dedication to helping others, and the bravery he showed in his battle with cancer will never be forgotten.

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 21, 2026, on what would have been his birthday.
