Jeff was born in Doylestown PA on June 14, 1973. He graduated from Upper Bucks Christian School (Sellersville) in 1991 and then joined the United States Army in 1993 where he served on the 949th transportation company (Marcus Hook, PA) and also served as an 88K watercraft operator out of Belvoir, VA. He was with the 467 TC CO in Tacoma Washington. Jeff served in the US ARMY for 14 years. He was an LT-1 tug driver at Port Operations in WA. After his service, he moved to Chisana, Alaska where he worked as a hunting/fishing guide for years.
He moved back to Washington State and worked in Construction and Metal Fabrication. He relocated to the East Coast, settling in Milo Maine in 2021 to be closer to family.

Jeff loved all things horses and outdoors including snowmobiling, and four-wheeling. He spent time working in the rodeo and caring for trail horses, wild horses, and horses of his own over the years. Jeff always took the time to share and tell others of his love of horseback riding, fly fishing, and hunting. You could always find him in a saddle with a cowboy hat on and that's how he got the nickname Cowboy. He will always be remembered for his strong work ethic, contagious smile, and love of singing country music. His love for God, country, and his fellow man was unmatched.

He will be greatly missed by his family and all who met him along his journey and many outdoor adventures. He leaves behind many loved ones who will miss his incomparable, warm hugs.

Fair Winds and Following Seas Soldier
May you ride forever Cowboy
