Dwight Clark

Dwight E Clark, 85, passed away on April 29, 2025, with family by his side after a brief battle with cancer at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough Maine.

Dwight was born on September 26, 1939, in Willimantic, Connecticut, the son of Dwight W Clark and Theresa (LaPalme) Clark

Dwight enjoyed reading and spending time with his family, taking car rides and getting ice cream. Loved to watch MLB, cheering for the Blue Jay's. He shared a love for dogs, especially his dogs, Buffy and Tippy.

Dwight worked as a truck and delivery driver. He did many different things over the years, from a bus driver to a small business owner.

Dwight was predeceased by his wife, Patricia A Clark. His parents, Dwight W Clark and Theresa (LaPalme) Clark and his sisters, Barbara Arnold and Margaret French.

Dwight is survived by his children Robert and Candace Clark of Venice Florida, Susan Bennison of Scarborough, James and Karen Clark of Buxton, Allison Belanger of Westbrook, Lisa and Mark Knight of Venice Florida, Darrell and Kellie Clark of Kennebunk, and Kenneth Clark of Kennebunk. He is also survived by his sisters, Bernice Whitney and Linda Peterson, both of Connecticut, eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.
